Island Bay Beach Clean Up

Is it just me or does the Island Bay clean up always have real adventure vibes?! There’s a little bit of everything at this venue, including very sinky mud so we definitely recommend tight fitting gumboots and bringing a buddy for this one.
Event Schedule:
Welcome & Registration: Meet by the big playground to sign in, receive cleanup supplies, and get a quick briefing.
Cleanup Sessions:
Beach Cleanup: We’ll work along the shoreline to collect trash and recyclables.
Park Cleanup: Teams will spread out to pick up litter, tidy up picnic areas, and maintain park facilities.

What to Bring:
Comfortable clothing and sturdy shoes suitable for both sand and park terrain
Sunscreen, a hat, and sunglasses
A reusable water bottle to stay hydrated
Gloves (if you have them; extras will be available)
